1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
If the order has already been dispatched:
- The order cannot be cancelled directly.
- Customers may initiate a return request after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable.
3. Prepaid Order Refunds
For prepaid orders cancelled successfully before shipment:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.
5. Cancellation by Comfito
Comfito reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Payment verification issues
In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds will be processed where applicable.
6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:
- The amount is generally auto-reversed by the payment provider within the applicable banking timeline.
- If the refund is delayed, customers may contact our support team.
7. Modification of Orders
Once an order is placed, modifications such as:
- Change of address
- Product change
- Quantity update
may not always be possible after processing has started.
